宝鸡市凤翔区水库移民后期扶持产业开发项目管理

Management of supporting industrial development project for reservoir area resettled inhabitants in Fengxiang District of Baoji City

分析了宝鸡市凤翔区水库库区移民后期扶持项目实施10年(2006—2016年)来的经验和不足,对近几年来项目实施存在的问题进行了分析,提出了转变发展模式,转换谋划思路和改进计划管理的措施,适应下层基础的变化,用新思路、新方法和新理念推动库区移民后扶政策实施。

Analysis was made on the experience and shortages of implementing the supporting project from 2006 to 2016 for the reservoir area resettled inhabitants in Fengxiang District of Baoji City.The authors also analyzed about the problems existing in implementing project in recent years,put forward measures such as changing development mode and planning ideas,improving plan management,adapting to the change of lower foundation,promoting imple⁃mentation of reservoir resettled inhabitant supporting policy with new idea,new method and new conception.
