摘要
传统的激光控制系统是采集激光传感器的电平信号,经过A/D转换,再经过数字信号处理技术去除噪声,该算法处理复杂,得到的数字量与真实数字量存在偏差。为了解决处理算法复杂和误差问题,提出了基于STM32视觉识别的高精度激光控制系统。整个系统由摄像头模块、激光传感器模块、串口模块以及数据存储模块组成,通过摄像头的视觉识别实现了一个高精度激光控制系统,通过图像采集、图像识别与处理以及无线传输,实现了系统关于距离的零误差测量。经实际测试,该系统具有测量精度高,性能稳定,实时性强等特点,具有很高的使用价值。
The traditional laser control system collects the level signal of the laser sensor;after A/D conversion,and then it removes the noise by the digital signal processing.The algorithm is complicated to process,and the digital quantity obtained may deviate from the real one.In order to solve the problem of complex processing algorithms and errors,a high-precision laser control system based on STM32 visual recognition is proposed.The entire system consists of a camera module,a laser sensor module,a serial port module and a data storage module.A high-precision laser control system is realized by the visual recognition of the camera.The zero error measurement of the distance of the system is realized by image acquisition,image recognition and processing,and wireless transmission.After actual testing,the system shows the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,stable performance,and strong real-time performance,and it has high use value.
