摘要
随着高校学生工作任务不断增加,出现了辅导员助理岗位,辅导员助理队伍在学生工作中发挥了较为重要的作用,但仍然存在问题,本文以四川工商学院为例,发现一些辅导员助理在工作中存在缺乏科学方法、工作热情不持久、工作学习难平衡等问题,针对这些问题,提出了配备专门指导老师开展辅导员助理培训,完善辅导员助理选拔条件,建立奖惩机制的干预对策,有利于促进辅导员助理队伍的发展,对高校的学生工作有深远的现实指导意义。
With the increasing of College Students'work tasks,there are counselor assistant posts.The assistant team of counselors plays an important role in the student work,but there are still problems.Taking Sichuan Technology and Business University as an example,this paper finds that some counselors'assistants lack scientific methods,their work enthusiasm is not lasting,and it's difficult to balancework and learning.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward the intervention measures of providing special guidance teachers to carry out assistant training,improving the selection conditions and establishing reward and punishment mechanism,which is helpful to promote the development of assistant team of counselors,and has far-reaching practical guidance for students'work in colleges and universities.
