学生事务管理工作创新是新时期高校教育改革的重要环节,也是时代对学生培养成才的要求。要实现这一创新举措,必须把“以人为本、学生至上”的教育理念作为学生工作管理的灵魂,优化学生事务的组织和规划管理,创新学生考核和激励机制,利用现代信息技术,改进学生事务管理的内容和方法,从而进一步创造学生事务管理工作流程。文章主要探讨了在新时期如何创新高校学生管理工作,以期为高校学生管理工作制定出一套行之有效的管理办法。

The innovation of student affairs management is an important link in the educational reform of colleges and universities in the new period,and it is also the requirement of the times for the cultivation of students.In order to realize this innovative measure,the management of the university must regard the educational concept of "people-oriented and student-oriented" as the soul of student work management,optimize the organization and planning management of student affairs,innovate the student assessment and incentive mechanism,and make use of modem information technology,and improve the content and methods of student affairs management,so as to further create student affairs management workflow.This paper mainly discusses how to innovate the management of college students in the new period,in order to formulate a set of effective management methods for the management of college students.
