幼儿园中班教师开展角色游戏的现状及策略研究——以成都市天府新区金明幼儿园为例 被引量:1

摘要 对于幼儿来说,游戏一词并不陌生。在游戏中,幼儿能够将自己的天性得到完全的解放,他们用游戏来认识世界。在游戏中,幼儿能够具有愉悦的精神体验,也能够得到全面的发展。但是,目前幼儿园组织的教育教学活动中,幼儿园中班教师开展角色游戏活动出现了一些问题。通过在成都金明幼儿园四个月的实习发现,教师开展角色游戏活动出现了很多问题。以成都市金明幼儿园为例,笔者通过观察以及对教师进行访谈,在样本幼儿园中,进行实地观察,发现在幼儿园中,中班教师开展角色游戏出现了几个问题:游戏材料投入略显匮乏;角色游戏主题的确立以教师为主;角色游戏的评价主体和方式单一。由此提出:在准备方面,教师要注重角色游戏区的材料投放,以及主题的广泛选择;在指导方面,教师的指导要行之有效,促进幼儿的发展;在评价方面,教师要尊重幼儿的自主性,多采用多样化的评价方式等相关策略。 For children,the word"game"is not new.In the game,children can completely liberate their nature and they use the game to understand the world.In the game,children can have a pleasant spiritual experience,but also can get comprehensive development.However,in the current education and teaching activities organized by kindergartens,there are some problems in the role-playing activities of middle class teachers in kindergartens.Through four months'practice in Jinming kindergarten in Chengdu,we have found that there are many problems in teachers'role-playing activities.Taking Jinming kindergarten in Chengdu as an example,through observation and interviews with teachers,the author makes field observation in the sample kindergartens,and finds that there are several problems in the role-playing of middle class teachers in kindergartens:the input of game materials is slightly insufficient;the input of role-playing is relatively low;the establishment of the theme of role-playing is mainly based on teachers;the evaluation subject and method of role-playing game are single.Therefore,in preparation,teachers should pay attention to the input of materials in the role play area and the wide selection of themes.In terms of guidance,teachers'guidance should be effective to promote children's development.In terms of evaluation,teachers should respect children's autonomy and adopt diversified evaluation methods and other related strategies.
