乡村振兴背景下高校定点扶贫模式研究——以四川工商学院为例

Research on the Poverty Alleviation Work in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Taking Sichuan Technology and Business University as an Example

文章聚焦凉山州盐源县产业扶贫现状,以民办高校定点帮扶为视角,通过“四百扶贫工程”“对准农业产业靶标”“助力农业产业园区建设”“引电商企业进山寨”等系列措施,加快推进产业扶贫乡村振兴融合发展,探索该地区产业扶贫与乡村振兴的改革方向,为乡村振兴接力产业扶贫扫清障碍。

The paper focuses on the current situation of industrial poverty alleviation in Yanyuan County,Liangshan Prefecture.From the perspective of designated assistance by private colleges and universities,a series of measures,such as"400 poverty alleviation projects","aiming at agricultural industry targets","building agricultural industrial parks"and"attracting e-commerce enterprises into shanzhai"were adopted.Through these measures,it is expected to accelerate the integration of industrial poverty alleviation and rural revitalization development,explore the reform direction of industrial poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the region,and clear the obstacles for the rural revitalization after industrial poverty alleviation.
