摘要
随着我国普惠金融在广度和深度上的有效扩展和不断渗透,商业银行的金融服务应当更加注重普惠性。与此同时,互联网金融的快速发展带动客户的金融需求也逐渐多元化。叠加疫情的影响,如何在“大智移物云”时代运用金融科技将实体网点的专业、深度服务延伸至线上,为客户提供足不出户办理各种银行业务的平台,对商业银行的金融服务提出更高的要求。文章以成都银行为研究对象,在简要阐述零售业务数字化转型环境及现状的基础上,深入剖析转型升级现存问题并结合金融科技寻找商业银行数字化转型新的突破点,进而提出相应对策建议,即立足普惠金融、拓宽受众人群;调整产品结构、丰富业务条线;打造金融生态、精准客户画像;善用金融科技、提升服务能力;培育专业人才、强化数字转型。
With the effective expansion and penetration of inclusive finance in breadth and depth in China,commercial banks should pay more attention to inclusive financial services.At the same time,the rapid development of Internet finance drives the financial needs of customers to gradually diversify.Under the influence of the epidemic situation,higher requirements for the financial services of commercial banks are put forward such as how to use financial technology to extend the professional and in-depth services of physical outlets to the online in the era of "Next-generation Information Technology",and provide customers with a platform to handle various banking businesses at home.This paper takes Bank of Chengdu as the research object,on the basis of briefly describing the environment and current situation of digital transformation of retail business,deeply analyzes the existing problems of transformation and upgrading,and combines with financial technology to find a new breakthrough point of digital transformation of commercial banks,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.That is,to adjust product structure to enrich business lines based on inclusive finance to broaden the audience;to create financial ecology to accurate customer portrait;to make good use of fin-tech to enhance service capacity;and to cultivate professional talents and strengthen digital transformation.
