基于违规行为的公交驾驶员事故风险因素研究

Research on Risk Factors of Public Traffic Driver Accidents Based on Violation

文中基于某公交公司所有驾驶员2018年内的违规和事故数据,通过因素分析和Logistic回归模型研究了公交驾驶员事故风险的影响因素及违规行为和不同严重程度事故之间的关系.结果表明:无论是对哪种严重程度的事故,驾龄都对其有显著影响,驾龄小于两年的驾驶员参与事故的风险更高;年轻和年老的驾驶员发生有责轻微事故的风险更高;违规总次数越多,驾驶员参与事故的风险也就越高;驾驶态度差的驾驶员更容易发生有责轻微事故;驾驶习惯差的驾驶员更容易发生无责轻微事故.

Based on the data of violations and accidents of all drivers in a bus company in 2018,this paper studied the influencing factors of accident risk of bus drivers and the relationship between violations and accidents with different severity through factor analysis and Logistic regression model.The results show that no matter what severity of accidents,driving experience has a significant impact on them,and drivers with less than two years’driving experience have a higher risk of participating in accidents.Young and old drivers are at higher risk of minor accidents.The more the total number of violations,the higher the risk of drivers participating in accidents.Drivers with poor driving attitude are more likely to have minor accidents.Drivers with poor driving habits are more likely to have minor accidents without responsibility.
