摘要
2019年3·15晚会曝光了执业药师挂证情况,集中反映当前我国零售药房中执业药师领域出现的诸多问题。笔者通过分析工作地零售药店执业药师执业现状,概述基层执业药师执业存在的问题和困境,探讨基层执业药师未来发展问题并提出合理化建议,特别是利用“互联网+”拓展网上医药咨询和药学服务,实现执业药师的共享。以期为规范药师工作,提升药师权益提供参考。
The March 15 special TV program in 2019 exposed the phenomenon of licensed pharmacists selling or lending out their licenses to pharmacies,which reflected the problems with licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in China.By analyzing the current situation of licensed pharmacists working in retail pharmacies,this paper summarizes the problems with and difficulties faced by licensed pharmacists practicing at the grass-roots level,discusses their future development,and puts forward reasonable suggestions,especially the use of“Internet plus”to expand online medication consultation and pharmaceutical care,so as to realize the sharing of licensed pharmacists.The aim is to standardize the work of licensed pharmacists and protect their rights and benefits.
