噬菌体在抑制细菌中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着国内外养殖业逐步禁用抗生素,开发替代抗生素的抗菌药物势在必行。噬菌体因可以侵染和裂解某些类型的细菌,能特异性预防和治疗某些细菌引起的疾病,且自身对环境和生物体无不良影响,成为当前抗生素替代品研究的一个新方向。文章综述了噬菌体的生物学特性、编码蛋白、噬菌体改造以及开发应用中存在的问题等,以期为噬菌体治疗和预防细菌病的研究与应用提供理论依据。 With the gradual prohibition of antibiotics in livestock breeding at home and abroad, it is imperative to develop antimicrobial drugs to replace antibiotics. Bacteriophages can infect and cleave some types of bacteria, specifically prevent and treat diseases caused by some bacteria, and have no adverse effects on the environment and biological organisms. Therefore, they have become a new direction in the research of antibiotic substitutes. In this paper, the biological characteristics, coding proteins, bacteriophage modification and problems in the development and application of bacteriophages were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for the research and application of bacteriophage therapy and prevention of bacteria diseases.
