摘要
云南电网从同步联网改变为异步联网后,电网特性发生重大变化,同步联网情况下的交流稳控系统与直流稳控系统耦合运行的情况已不再适应,本文介绍了南方电网直流稳控系统和云南电网稳控系统的现状,分析了目前情况下交流系统与直流系统耦合运行存在的不足,考虑金沙江与澜沧江流域间机组集合互备,提出了云南交直流稳控系统解耦总体方案和实施计划,并分析了推荐方案的优缺点,对提高异步后的省级电网运行控制和安全稳定水平、确保安全、经济运行具有重要的实际意义。
After Yunnan power grid has changed from synchronous interconnection to asynchronous interconnection,the characteristics of power grid have changed greatly.The coupling operation of AC and DC stable control systems under synchronous interconnection is no longer suitable.This paper introduces the status quo of DC stable control system of South China Power Grid and Yunnan power grid stable control system,and analyses the existing problems of coupling operation between AC and DC systems under current circumstances.Considering that the units in Jinsha River and Lancang River basin are assembled and ready for each other,the overall decoupling scheme and implementation plan of Yunnan AC/DC stability control system are put forward,and the advantages and disadvantages of the recommended scheme are analyzed.It is of great practical significance to improve the operation control and safety and stability level of provincial power grid after asynchronization,and to ensure safe and economic operation.
