交通强国背景下扬州智慧交通研究

Research on Yangzhou Smart Transportation under the Background of Building National Strength in Transportation

《交通强国建设纲要》这一重大战略部署的提出,为我国交通运输发展指明了方向,也给城市交通带来新的机遇与挑战。在这种背景下,本文针对扬州城市交通所面临的问题,利用智慧交通独特的优势,提出了构建以扬州城市大脑为主体、“路、车、人(出行)”三大模块的智慧城市运作框架,实现治理手段从传统向智慧治理的转变,从而有效地解决扬州这座旅游城市的交通问题。

The"Outline for Building a Powerful Transportation Country"is a major strategic deployment that has pointed out the direction for the development of our country’s transportation and also brought new opportunities and challenges to urban transportation.In this context,aiming at the problems faced by Yangzhou’s urban traffic,and taking advantage of the unique advantages of smart traffic,this paper proposes to construct a smart city operation framework with yangzhou’s urban brain as the main body and three modules of"road,car and person(travel)",so as to realize the transformation of governance means from traditional to smart governance,so as to effectively solve the traffic problem of Yangzhou,a tourist city.
