高职课程思政“四维五解六步法”实施路径研究与实践--以《城市轨道交通行车组织》课程为例 被引量:15

摘要 课程思政作为全员、全过程、全方位育人的一个重要举措,对加强高校思想政治工作、落实立德树人根本任务具有战略意义。高等职业教育推进课程思政建设,将思政教育融入专业课程教学全过程,有利于培养德才兼备的高素质技能人才。本文以《城市轨道交通行车组织》课程为例,研究高职院校课程思政与专业教学融合的“四维五解六步法”,即从完成岗位工作任务所需要的技能、工具、方法和知识四个维度,从弘扬中国精神、文化自信、道德塑造、培养法治思维和职业基本素养五个方面解析思政元素,通过课程思政团队构建、岗位思政元素调研、召开课程思政元素分析会、课程思政教学设计、课程思政教学资源开发和课程思政教学评价六个步骤推进课程思政实施。 As an important measure for the whole process of all-round education,curriculum ideological and political education is of strategic significance to strengthen the ideological and political work in colleges and universities and implement the fundamental task of moral education.Higher vocational education promotes the ideological and political construction of curriculum,and integrates ideological and political education into the whole process of professional course teaching,which is conducive to cultivating high-quality skilled talents with both ability and morality.Taking the urban rail transit traffic organization course as an example,this paper studies the"four-dimensional,five-solution and six-step method"of the integration of curriculum ideological and political education and professional teaching in higher vocational colleges,that is,from the four dimensions of skills,tools,methods and knowledge needed to complete the job tasks,it analyzes the ideological and political elements from following five aspects:Chinese spirit,cultural self-confidence,moral shaping,cultivating the rule of law thinking and professional basic literacy,and promotes the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education through six steps:the construction of curriculum ideological and political team,the investigation of post ideological and political elements,the convening of curriculum ideological and political element analysis conference,the design of curriculum ideological and political teaching,the development of curriculum ideological and political teaching resources and the evaluation of curriculum ideological and political teaching.
