高职建筑工程专业学生知识产权意识培养路径研究--以X职业学院为例

Research on the Cultivation Path of Intellectual Property Awareness of Vocational Students Majoring in Architecture Engineering——Taking X Polytechnic as an Example

知识产权保护工作与国家治理体系和治理能力现代化密切相关,其关乎高质量发展、关乎人民的生活幸福、更关乎国家的安全。本文利用文献资料法、理论分析法,以X职业技术学院为例,对X职业技术学院建筑工程专业学生知识产权意识情况进行调研,分析其知识产权意识存在的不足,并提出相应的培养路径,以期为高职建筑工程专业学生知识产权意识培养提供参考和方向。

Intellectual property protection is closely related to the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,which is related to high-quality development,people’s happiness and national security.Using the methods of literature review and theoretical analysis,taking x polytechnic as an example,this paper investigates the intellectual property awareness of students majoring in architectural engineering of X polytechnic,analyzes the lack of their intellectual property awareness,and puts forward the corresponding training path.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference and direction for the cultivation of the awareness of intellectual property rights of students majoring in Architecture Engineering in higher vocational colleges.
