高职院校志愿服务实践育人困境与优化--基于“三全育人”的视角

Dilemma and Optimization of Volunteer Service Practical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Perspective of"Three All-round Education"

志愿服务既是高职院校培养专业技能技术人才的重要实践途径,也是加强思想政治教育的重要抓手,是推进“三全育人”综合改革、落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体。本文采用文献研究法和案例调研法,结合G高职学院志愿服务“点、线、面”的实践育人现状,发现其存在“全员育人认知有偏差,使‘以点带面’的志愿服务育人力量不足”“全程育人的管理不严谨,使志愿者精神的育人主线难以持久”“全方位育人体系不健全,使‘三化’育人面缺乏多维协助”等困境。为此,本文进一步从“三全育人”视角深入探寻高职院校志愿服务的优化路径,以提升高职院校志愿服务水平,推进高职院校思想政治改革,培养品德高尚的社会主义建设者和接班人。

Volunteer service is not only an important practical way to cultivate professional technical talents in higher vocational colleges,but also an important starting point to strengthen ideological and political education,and an important carrier to promote the comprehensive reform of"Three All-round Education"and implement the fundamental task of moral education.Through the methods of literature research and case study,combined with the current situation of"point,line and surface"practice of volunteer service in G vocational college,this paper finds that there are some cognitive bias and lack of motivation in the all-member cultivating people,the normal management of the whole procedure education is not rigorous and the all-round education system is not healthy.Therefore,this paper further discusses the"Three All-round Education"of the all-member cultivating people,the whole procedure education,and the all-round education,in order to improve the level of volunteer service in higher vocational colleges,promote the ideological and political reform in higher vocational colleges,and cultivate all-round development of socialist builders and successors.
