职业院校社会科普服务能力实践研究

Practical Research on the Ability of Social Science Popularization Service in Vocational Colleges

职业院校科学利用校内先进的实训教学资源,面向市民开展具有相关专业特色的科普教育宣传活动,一方面可充分发挥职业院校实训基地的社会公共服务功能,增强高职院校社会影响力;另一方面通过向社会公众开展科普教育活动传播先进的科学技术知识,这对于提升公众的科学素养具有重要意义。本文以广东交通职业技术学院轨道交通青少年科技教育基地为例,探讨职业院校利用实训基地开展科普活动的方法,应加强科普队伍建设,完善科普工作制度、规范,融合专业建设与科普宣传推广建设等,不断提升职业院校在社会经济发展中的服务能力。

Vocational colleges scientifically use the advanced practical teaching resources in the school to carry out popular science education publicity activities with relevant professional characteristics for the public.On the one hand,it can give full play to the social public service function of the training base of vocational colleges,enhance the social influence of vocational colleges,and on the other hand,it can spread advanced scientific and technological knowledge by carrying out popular science education activities to the public.It is of great significance to improve the public’s scientific literacy.Taking the youth science and technology education base of rail transit of Guangdong Communication Polytechnic as an example,this paper discusses the methods of using the training base to carry out popular science activities,organize the construction of science popularization team,such as improving the institutionalization and standardization of science popularization work,integrating the professional construction and popularization construction of science popularization,so as to continuously improve the service ability of vocational colleges in the social and economic development.
