高职学生职业生涯规划与就业:现状、问题与对策

Career Planning and Employment of Higher Vocational Students:Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures

毕业前形成稳定的职业意识对于高职学生整个大学生涯乃至职业生涯有着重要的现实意义。本文通过对高职学生职业生涯规划意识、就业意识和学校职业生涯规划教育现状的调查研究,梳理高职学生职业生涯发展规划及就业的现状、存在的问题,分析其背后的影响因素,就加强高职学校职业生涯发展规划教育、构建高职学生职业生涯规划意识、明确职业定位、提高就业竞争力等方面提出若干策略建议。

For vocational college students,it is of great practical significance to form a stable professional consciousness before graduation for the whole college life and even career life.Based on the investigation and research of vocational college students’career planning awareness,employment awareness and school career planning education status,this paper combs the status quo and existing problems of vocational college students’career development planning and employment,analyzes the influencing factors behind them.This paper puts forward some strategic suggestions on strengthening the education of career development planning in higher vocational schools,building the awareness of career planning of higher vocational students,clarifying career positioning and improving employment competitiveness.
