摘要
银屑病是一种慢性炎症性疾病,病因不明,斑块型银屑病是最常见的类型,皮损易发生在张力高的部位。最新研究证实,过度的张力可刺激角质形成细胞增殖及炎症因子分泌,反馈加重银屑病。拔罐治疗斑块型银屑病效果肯定,拔罐后即刻就可观察到皮损松弛,张力降低。因此,笔者推测拔罐治疗斑块型银屑病的机制可能与降低局部张力有关。本文阐释了张力对银屑病的影响,以及针对这一影响因素相应的中医治疗对策和可能机制。
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease with unknown etiology.Plaque psoriasis is the most common type,and lesions tend to occur in the areas of high tension.The latest research confirms that tension can stimulate the proliferation of keratinocytes and the secretion of inflammatory factors,thereby aggravating psoriatic lesions.Cupping has a positive effect on the treatment of plaque psoriasis.The local skin relaxes and the tension decreases after cupping.Therefore,it is speculated that the mechanism of cupping treatment for psoriasis may be related to the reduction of local tension.This article explains the effect of tension on psoriasis,and the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine treatment strategies and possible mechanisms targeting this influencing factor.
