LncRNA的靶RNA预测研究

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)不具有编码蛋白能力,但在各种重要的生命过程中起着关键的调控作用。迄今为止,已证实具有明确调控功能的lncRNA极少,通过计算方法预测lncRNA靶RNA,根据靶RNA功能预测lncRNA调控功能已成为lncRNA研究的一个重要方向。本文主要综述预测lncRNA靶RNA研究的相关进展,总结各种主流预测模型的算法流程及其优缺点,探讨该领域的发展方向。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)does not have the ability to encode proteins,but it plays a key regulatory role in various important life processes.So far,it has been proved that there are very few lncRNAs with clear regulatory functions.Predicting lncRNA target RNAs through computational methods and predicting lncRNA regulatory functions based on target RNA functions have become an important direction in lncRNA research.This article mainly reviews the relevant progress in the study of predicting lncRNA target RNA,summarizes the algorithm flow of various mainstream prediction models and their advantages and disadvantages,and discusses the development direction of this field.
