腰椎间盘突出症阶梯治疗方案的研究现状

Current Status of Research on Step-by-step Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是常见的腰椎退行性疾病之一,好发于青壮年男性,主要因椎间盘变性、纤维环破裂、髓核突出刺激压迫周围神经引起疼痛等一系列临床症状。近年来,LDH的发病率逐渐升高,且发病人群趋于年轻化,对人们的日常活动、工作和社会生活造成严重影响,同时也增加家庭和社会的经济负担。目前国内外对LDH的治疗主要分为两大类,即保守治疗及手术治疗。大多数患者在经过规范系统的保守治疗后,症状均可得到明显改善,而少数患者需要通过手术治疗解除症状。本文就LDH的保守治疗及手术治疗作一综述,以期为LDH的临床精细化阶梯治疗提供借鉴。

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is one of the common degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine.It is more common in young and middle-aged men.It is mainly caused by a series of clinical symptoms such as intervertebral disc degeneration,annulus rupture,and nucleus pulposus herniated and compressed peripheral nerves.In recent years,the incidence of LDH has gradually increased,and the affected population tends to be younger,which has a serious impact on people's daily activities,work and social life,and also increases the economic burden on families and society.At present,the treatment of LDH at home and abroad is mainly divided into two categories,namely conservative treatment and surgical treatment.After most patients undergo conservative treatment in a standardized system,their symptoms can be significantly improved,while a small number of patients require surgical treatment to relieve their symptoms.This article summarizes the conservative treatment and surgical treatment of LDH,in order to provide reference for the clinical refined step treatment of LDH.
