手术室护理干预在预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染中的应用效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention in Operating Room on Preventing Wound Infection in Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的观察手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染的效果。方法选取2019年10月-2020年10月我院行胃肠道手术的72例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予手术室护理干预,比较两组术后切口感染发生率、手术指标、切口愈合分级比例以及护理满意度。结果观察组切口感染发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的19.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合甲级愈合率高于对照组,乙级、丙级愈合率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理干预可预防胃肠道手术切口感染,降低切口感染发生率,缩短切口愈合时间和住院时间,降低住院费用,提高切口愈合等级和护理满意度,具有应用有效性和可行性。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in the operating room on the prevention of incision infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Totally 72 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 36 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given nursing intervention in the operating room on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative incision infection,surgical indicators,incision healing grading ratio and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of incision infection in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 19.44%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incision healing time,hospitalization time,and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The grade A healing rate of incision healing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the healing rates of grade B and grade C were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 80.56%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in operating room can prevent gastrointestinal surgical incision infection,reduce the incidence of incision infection,shorten incision healing time and hospital stay.It is effective and feasible to reduce hospitalization expenses,improve incision healing grade and nursing satisfaction.
