中医穴位贴敷护理技术在慢性咳嗽中的应用效果

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Nursing Technique Intervention on Chronic Cough

目的研究中医穴位贴敷护理技术在慢性咳嗽中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月我院治疗的100例慢性咳嗽患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医穴位贴敷护理技术,比较两组中医证候评分、咳嗽症状评分、CAT评分、不良反应发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、咳痰、打喷嚏评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CAT评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.00%,与对照组的4.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性咳嗽患者应用中医穴位贴敷护理技术效果确切,可减轻咳嗽症状,促进中医证候消退,减轻患者痛苦,提高护理满意度,且不会增加不良反应发生几率。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of acupoint sticking technique of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic cough.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cough treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group implemented TCM acupoint application nursing techniques on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,cough symptom scores,CAT scores,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of cough,sputum and sneezing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The CAT score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,compared with 4.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing technique of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with chronic cough has a definite effect.It can alleviate the symptoms of cough,promote the regression of TCM syndromes,reduce the suffering of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,and will not increase adverse reactions.
