我国大学全员书院运行的挑战及审思--以A大学全员书院制改革为个案 被引量:1

摘要 全员书院是当前我国大学书院制改革的一种类型,可分为实体型全员书院和虚体型全员书院。全员书院覆盖学生数量多、组织变革复杂、改革难度较大。基于对A高校全员书院制改革的深度剖析,结合对我国大学全员书院的实践考察,研究发现全员书院在构筑学生安全网络、促进第二课堂体系化、创设多元学习机会上呈现一定优势,但也面临着全人理念认同不足、专业与社区双重管理冲突、书院制与大学相关制度耦合度不够等发展限制。为促进全员书院的健康发展,需要加强顶层设计,明确发展定位,注重书院制与大学相关制度的衔接。 Full academy is a type of college system reform in China which can be divided into physical type and virtual type.The full academies cover a large number of students,complex organizational change and difficult reform.Based on the in-depth analysis of the mode reform of full academy system in A university,combined with the practice investigation of the full academy system in China’s universities,it is found that the full academy has some advantages in building students safety network,promoting the systematization of the second classroom,and creating multiple learning opportunities.However,there are also development constraints such as insufficient recognition of the whole person concept,dual management conflict between specialty and community,and insufficient coupling between academy system and university system.In order to promote the healthy development of the full academy system,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design,clarify the development orientation,and pay attention to the linkage between the academy system and the relevant university systems.
