摘要
对对转电机的发展进行了概述,针对现有对转电机在水下推进器中集成的瓶颈,提出一种双转子对转轴向磁场永磁电机拓扑结构,具有轴向尺寸小,结构紧凑,占用空间小,易于在对空间要求高的场合集成;电枢绕组安装在定子上,无碳刷滑环结构,故障率低,稳定性强,左右两侧产生的单边磁拉力抵消,可靠性高;为轴向磁场永磁电机在水下航行器中的应用提供新思路,在水下推进系统中具有较大应用前景和价值。
An overview of the current development of contra-rotating motors was provided and the bottlenecks was addressed in the integration of existing contra-rotating motors in underwater propulsion.Proposed a dual-rotor contra-rotating axial-flux permanent magnet motor topology,which had a small axial size,compact structure,small space occupation,and easy integration in occasions with high space requirements,the armature winding was installed on the stator,and there was no brush structure,low failure rate,strong stability,the unilateral magnetic tension generated on the left and right sides was offset,and the reliability was high;The new ideas were provided for the application of axial-flux permanent magnet motors in underwater vehicles.It had great application prospects and value in the propulsion system.
