摘要
对单相无刷直流电动机驱动续流方法进行研究。根据小型风机的特点,对比不同驱动方式和续流方式,仿真模拟和实验结果表明,非桥式驱动电容续流可以有效控制单相无刷直流电动机换相过程中产生的过电压且换相迅速,该方案具有结构简单、性能可靠的优点,适合的在批量生产的小型风机中。
The continuous flow circuit used in single-phase DC brushless motor drive system was studied.Compared with different kinds of drive system and ways of continuous flow based on the characteristics of small fan,the result of simulation and experiment showd that continuous flow circuit with a capacitor in non-bridge drive system could make the voltage lower and level shift faster in the period of phase changing.Non-bridge drive scheme is suitable for small fan because of its simple structure and reliable performance.
