唐山市某钢铁企业实行清洁生产技术后职工健康状况调查 被引量:1

Investigation on health status of workers in a steel enterprise in Tangshan City after implementing cleaner production technology

摘要 目的了解唐山市钢铁企业职工在实行清洁生产技术后的健康状况,有针对性进行健康教育,为更好地开展劳动卫生和职业病防治工作提供参考依据。方法现场查看唐山市某钢铁企业作业环境有害因素监测情况,并以2018年12月—2019年11月唐山市某钢铁企业进行健康检查的19 385名职工作为调查对象,按性别分组,比较超重和肥胖、高脂血症、高血糖、高血压、脂肪肝、听力异常、肝功异常、心电图异常、胸片异常、肾结石、肝囊肿、胆囊结石、胆囊息肉、胆囊炎和肾囊肿、甲状腺结节异常检出率并进行分析。结果唐山市某钢铁企业作业环境有害因素监测达到GBZ 1—2010《工业企业设计卫生标准》和GBZ 2.1—2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分:化学有害因素》标准中要求;企业职工至少有1项健康检查异常者有17 855人,异常检出率达92.11%。男性在超重和肥胖、高脂血症、高血糖、高血压、脂肪肝、听力异常和、肝功异常和胆囊结石方面的检出率均高于女性(均P<0.05)。结论唐山市某钢铁企业实施清洁生产技术后,作业环境有害因素监测送到相关标准,但不应放松对职工健康状况的关注,男性职工健康状况比女性差,应制定针对性健康促进方案,使健康教育落到实处,并确保职工身体健康。 Objective To investigate the health status of employees in steel enterprises in Tangshan City after implementing clean production technology,perform the targeted health education,and provide reference for better carrying out the labor health and occupational disease prevention and control. Methods The monitoring status of hazardous factors in the working environment of a steel enterprise in Tangshan City was surveyed on site. Totally 19 385 workers of a steel enterprise in Tangshan City,who received the physical examination from December 2018 to November 2019,were included as the research object. They were grouped by gender,to compare and analyze the detection rates of overweight and obesity,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,hypertension,fatty liver,hearing abnormality,liver function abnormality,electrocardiogram abnormality,chest X-ray abnormality,kidney stone,liver cyst,gallstone,gallbladder polyp,cholecystitis,renal cyst,thyroid nodule abnormality. Results The monitoring results of hazardous factors in the working environment of a steel enterprise in Tangshan City reached the requirements of GBZ 1-2010 Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises and GBZ 2.1-2007 Occupational Exposure Limits of Harmful Factors in Workplace Part 1:Chemical Hazards. Among the employees of the enterprise,17 855 people had at least one abnormal health examination and the abnormal detection rate was 92.11%. The detection rates of overweight and obesity,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,hypertension,fatty liver,hearing impairment,liver function abnormality and gallstone in males were higher than those in females(all P<0.05). Conclusion After the implementation of cleaner production technology,the monitoring results of environmental harmful factors in a steel enterprise in Tangshan City have reached the relevant standards,but the attention to the health status of workers should be improved. The health status of men is worse than that of women. Therefore,it is necessary to formulate targeted health promotion programs to implement health education and ensure the health of employees.
