2018年新疆北疆口岸蚊虫携带病毒情况调查 被引量:1

Investigation on mosquito-borne arboviruses at ports of northern Xinjiang in 2018

摘要 目的采用PCR检测方法对新疆北疆口岸媒介生物蚊虫携带病毒情况开展调查。方法 2018年7—10月在北疆7个口岸进行蚊虫采集,采用特异性引物行RT-PCR、多重实时荧光定量PCR检测西尼罗、寨卡、登革热、基孔肯尼雅热、辽宁病毒、盖塔病毒和布尼亚病毒。结果共采集蚊虫6 440只,经分类鉴定分为4属8种,将6 440只蚊虫(分成214组,每组30只)进行携带西尼罗病毒、寨卡病毒、登革热病毒、基孔肯尼雅热病毒、辽宁病毒、盖塔病毒、布尼亚病毒检测,所有蚊虫的病毒基因检测结果皆为阴性。结论本次调查选择的生境采集的蚊虫均未携带西尼罗病毒、登革热病毒、寨卡病毒、基孔肯尼雅热病毒、辽宁病毒、盖塔病毒和布尼亚病毒。 Objective To detect the status of vector mosquitoes carry viruses at ports of northern Xinjiang by PCR. Methods Mosquito samples were collected at seven ports in northern Xinjiang from July to October in 2018. Specific primers were used to detect West Nile virus,Zika virus,dengue fever virus,Chikungunya virus,Liaoning virus,Gaetah virus and Bunyavirus using realtime PCR and multiplexed RT-PCR. Results A total of 6 440 mosquitoes were collected and identified as four genera and eight species. 6 440 mosquitoes were divided into 214 groups(30 in each group) and detected for carrying West Nile virus,Zika virus,dengue fever virus,Chikungunya virus,Liaoning virus,Gaetah virus and Bunyavirus,and all of them were negative for virus gene detection. Conclusion No West Nile virus,Zika virus,dengue fever virus,Chikungunya virus,Liaoning virus,Gaetah virus and Bunyavirus are carried by mosquitoes in the selected habitats.
