咸宁市大学生健康信息素养状况及影响因素分析

Analysison health information literacy status and influencing factors of college students in Xianning City

目的了解咸宁市大学生的健康信息素养水平,并分析其影响因素,为促进大学生身心健康提供参考依据。方法 2020年2—4月,使用一般资料问卷及高校学生电子媒介健康素养量表对咸宁市1 084名大学生进行网络问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果咸宁市大学生的健康信息素养得分为72.98±9.81;多因素分析显示,性别、每天看手机时间、家人患慢性病时间及自评健康状况均对咸宁市大学生健康信息素养有影响(均P<0.05)。结论咸宁市大学生健康信息素养整体水平较低,高校可提供健康教育、健康促进类网络选修课程,提高大学生的健康信息素养水平,促进大学生身心健康成长。

Objective To investigate the level of health literacy of college students in Xianning City,analyze the influencing factors,provide reference for promoting college students’ physical and mental health. Methods From February to April 2020,the general information questionnaire and the electronic media health literacy scale for college students were used to conduct an online questionnaire survey of 1 084 college students in Xianning City. And the data were analyzed. Results The health information literacy score of college students was 72.98 ±9.81. Multi-factor analysis showed that gender,time spent on mobile phones,time of family members suffering from chronic diseases and self-rated health status had an impact on health information literacy of college students in Xianning City(all P<0.05). Conclusion The overall level of health information literacy of college students in Xianning City is relatively low.Colleges and universities can provide health education and health promotion online elective courses to improve the health information literacy level of college students,which is conducive to promoting the healthy growth of college students.
