国际营养素养研究热点的可视化知识图谱分析

Visualization analysis of knowledge mapping in research of nutrition literacy

目的探究国外营养素养研究现状及趋势,揭示相关主题的内涵、相关性及发展脉络。方法选取Web of Science数据库(1998—2019年)收录的以"营养素养"为主题的475篇文献,应用CiteSpace 5.5对文献的国家分布、期刊或文献共被引和关键词进行计量学分析,了解该领域研究热点和发展趋势。结果 "营养""健康素养""教育"是节点最大的关键词;营养素养概念、营养素养与健康素养关系、营养素养量表研制、营养素养水平在营养摄入和饮食行为上的影响及如何有效提高人群营养素养的水平等是营养素养的研究热点。结论营养素养教育干预的理论和实践体系还有待深入开展。

Objective To analyze the current status and development trend in the research of nutrition literacy abroad,reveal the connotation,correlation and development of related subjects. Methods Totally 475 articles on "nutrition literacy" were collected from web of Science Database(1998-2019). CiteSpace 5.5 was used to take the metrological analysis on national distribution,co-cited reference and keyword of the articles,to understand the research hotspots and development trends in this field. Results "Nutrition", "health literacy" and "education" were the keywords with the largest node. The hot topics of nutrition literacy mainly included the concept of nutrition literacy,the relationship between nutrition literacy and health literacy,the development of nutrition literacy scale,the influence of nutrition literacy on nutrition intake and dietary behavior,and the methods of improving nutrition literacy.Conclusion The theory and practice system of nutrition literacy education intervention needs to be further developed.
