摘要
在无机填料高填充的聚合物体系中,除了流动过程中聚合物熔体的粘弹性行为外,填料也是引起析出的一个重要因素。本工作研究了碳酸钙高填充聚乙烯的模头析出现象。通过析出实验、流变性能、扫描电镜图像及热性能等测试结果,分析填充聚合物的析出物成分和填料的填充量、粒径及其分布以及表面处理等因素对混合物模头析出的影响。
In highly-filled polymer systems,the die drool phenomenon is not only caused by the viscoelastic behavior of the polymer melts during the flow,the filler is also an important factor.In this work,the drool phenomenon of calcium carbonate-filled polyethylene was studied.Based on the results of die drool experiments,rheological properties,SEM images,and thermal properties,the characteristics of the drooled sample of the filled systems and the influence of filling content,particle size and distribution,and surface treatment were investigated.
