摘要
目的:研究氧化铝在油脂脱酸中的作用。方法:通过单因素试验考察氧化铝用量、温度、时间对脱酸和去除氧化物质的影响,并与传统碱炼脱酸工艺对比。结果:氧化铝用量6%、温度20~50℃、时间1~6 h,能够使油脂酸值降到0.1 mg KOH/kg以下,同时可降低油脂过氧化值、甲氧基苯胺值。结论:氧化铝可作为脱酸剂用于油脂脱酸,同时对油脂中氧化物质有去除效果,与传统碱炼脱酸工艺相比具有一定优势。
Objective:To study the role of aluminum oxide in deacidification of oils.Method:A single factor experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of the amount of aluminum oxide,temperature and time on deacidification and removal of oxidized substances,and compared with the traditional alkali refining deacidification process.Results:The amount of aluminum oxide was 6%,the temperature was 20~50℃,and the time was 1~6 hours,which could reduce the acid value of the oil to below 0.1 mg KOH/kg,and at the same time reduce the peroxide value and methoxyaniline value of the oil.Conclusion:aluminum oxide can be used as a deacidification agent for the deacidification of oils,and it has the effect of removing oxidized substances in the oils.Compared with the traditional alkali refining deacidification process,it has certain advantages.
