摘要
针对某硅质泥岩铀矿石在常规浸出工艺条件下浸出矿浆过滤速度慢、浸出液余酸高的问题,开展了焙烧氧化-常规搅拌浸出试验研究,重点考察了焙烧温度、矿石粒度、焙烧时间等焙烧条件对铀浸出效果的影响。结果表明,通过氧化焙烧,可促使硫化矿物的热分解,使其包裹的铀暴露出来,从而有利于浸出条件的改善,铀的平均浸出率可以达到88.40%。
Aiming at the problems of low filtration rate and high residual acid in leaching solution of a siliceous mudstone uranium ore in conventional leaching process,roasting oxidation conventional stirring leaching test was carried out.The effects of calcination temperature,ore size and roasting time on the leaching effect of uranium were investigated,and the leaching process conditions were further optimized.The results show that oxidation roasting can promote the thermal decomposition of sulfide minerals and expose the wrapped uranium,which is conducive to the improvement of leaching conditions.The average leaching rate of uranium can reach 88.40%.
