摘要
借助TCMSP、GeneCards和Drugbank等数据库筛选车前子活性化合物及相应靶点,与高脂血症靶点取交集,确定核心基因,利用核心基因构建PPI并进行GO和KEGG富集分析。结果显示,车前子与高脂血症相关的7个潜在活性成分和134个潜在有效靶点及脂多糖应答、对细菌来源分子的反应、对类固醇激素的反应等生物学过程。初步探讨车前子治疗高血脂症的作用机制,为其进一步实验探究和临床应用提供参考。
The active compounds and corresponding targets of Plantago were screened by TCMSP,Genecards and Drugbank databases,and the interlaces with hyperlipidemia targets were identified.The core genes were used to construct PPI,and GO and KEGG enrichment analysis was performed.The results showed that 7 potential active components and 134 potential effective targets of Plantago plantain were associated with hyperlipidemia,as well as biological processes such as lipopolysaccharide response,bacteria-derived molecule response and steroid hormone response.To explore the mechanism of Plantago seed in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and to provide reference for its further experimental research and clinical application.
