摘要
光伏组件封装用EVA材料的耐老化性是光伏系统能否长期稳定输出电能的关键。本文综述了乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)封装材料的老化研究进展,包括EVA材料老化对光伏组件性能的影响,比如EVA老化引起的光伏组件的褪色、分层、起泡;以及EVA材料的抗老化研究进展,包括添加无机颗粒抗老化、添加助剂抗老化和交联抗老化。
The durability of EVA material used as PV module encapsulant is the key to the long-term stable output of electric energy of PV system.This paper briefly review the aging research progress of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)encapsulating materials,including the effect of EVA aging on the performance of photovoltaic modules,such as the fading,delamination and bubbling.And the anti-aging research progress of EVA materials,including adding inorganic particles,adding additives and cross-linking.
