摘要
在日常生活中钛白粉被作为一种白色颜料,其不管在白色度上还是在消色力上都很强,且还具有很好的稳定性和不透明性,被涂料、塑料以及陶瓷、造纸广泛的应用。但是钛白粉的颗粒具有一定的光催化活性,如果含有钛白粉的塑料制品在波长<387.5 nm的光波中生成高化学活性的过氧化物和自由基,会使得塑料制品出现氧化降解的状况,会加快塑料的老化。基于此种状况,本文主要提供一种塑料专用金红石型钛白粉的生产方法,其主要是通过改变工艺使生产的钛白粉白度和亮度高,可以达到塑料使用的要求。
In daily life,titanium dioxide is used as a kind of white pigment,which has strong whiteness and achromatic power,good stability and opacity,and is widely used in coatings,plastics,ceramics and paper making.However,the particles of titanium dioxide have certain photocatalytic activity.If the plastic products containing titanium dioxide generate highly chemically active peroxides and free radicals in the light wave with wavelength less than 387.5nm,the plastic products will be oxidized and degraded,and the aging of plastics will be accelerated.Based on this situation,this paper mainly provides a production method of rutile titanium dioxide for plastics,which mainly changes the process to make the produced titanium dioxide have high whiteness and brightness,which can meet the requirements of plastics.
