摘要
精细化工加工流程复杂、单元反应多、原料种类杂,工艺控制过程严格,技术密集度高,大量采用复配技术,产品根据市场需求灵活多变,给灭火救援工作提出了新课题。HPEG是异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚的简称,是一种重要的化工中间体,主要用于生产聚羧酸减水剂,其生产工艺属于精细化工的典型代表。本文主要以HPEG生产工艺为主要研究对象,分析其在各个生产环节中的火灾危险性,提出相应的灭火救援对策,以期对该类事故的灭火救援准备及实战提供参考。
Fine chemical processing is characterized by complex process,multiple unit reactions,miscellany of raw materials,strict process control process,high technology intensity,a large number of compound technology and flexible products according to market demand,which presents a new topic for fire fighting and rescue work.HPEG is the abbreviation of isobutenol polyoxyethylene ether,which is an important chemical intermediate,mainly used in the production of polycarboxylic acid water reducer,its production process belongs to the typical representative of fine chemical industry.This paper mainly takes HPEG production process as the main research object,analyzes its fire hazard in each production link,and proposes corresponding fire fighting and rescue countermeasures,in order to provide references for fire fighting and rescue preparations and actual combat of such accidents.
