响应曲面法对离心萃取高浓度含酚废水工艺的优化

摘要 采用智能离心萃取系统萃取高浓度含酚废水。通过单因素实验,研究了油水相比、萃取级数和转速对苯酚去除率的影响。利用响应面Central–Composite实验设计探究了萃取剂比例、油水相比、萃取级数和转速对苯酚去除率的影响并优化最优工艺参数。单因素实验结果表明:加大油水相比有利于苯酚的去除,4级苯酚去除率为99.99%,最优转速为2800 r/min。通过响应面分析发现各因素对苯酚去除率的影响顺序为萃取级数>油水相比>萃取剂比例,转速对萃取影响不显著;在最佳条件25%N235-25%TBP-50%磺化煤油,油水比3︰1,转速为3200 r/min,级数为2级逆流操作,苯酚去除率达99.99%。 An intelligent centrifugal extraction system was used to extraction the high concentration phenol wastewater.The effects of the phase ratio,extraction series and speed on the phenol removal rate.Through response surface Central-Composite experimental design,the effect of the extraction agent proportion,phase ratio,extraction series and speed on the phenol removal rate was investigated,and optimize the optimal process parameters.The single factor experiment results showed that the increase of phase ratio was beneficial to phenol removal,four series extraction rate was 99.99%,the optimal speed of 2800 r/min.By response surface analysis found that the influence of various factors on the removal rate of phenol in order to extract series than>phase ratio>extractant ratio,rotation speed of extraction effect was not significant;Under the optimal conditions:25%N235-25%TBP-50%sulfonated kerosene,phase ratio 3︰1,the speed of 3200 r/min,in a countercurrent cascade of two centrifugal contactor separators,phenol removal rate was 99.99%.
