摘要 某机械装备园主要以基础材料加工、零部件制造为主,以整机与成套设备制造为辅,园区企业废水预处理与园区范围内的生活污水通过市政管道排入园区废水处理厂处理。污水中含较多难生物降解物质,可生化性差,总氮含量高。主体采用“格栅沉砂+气浮+水解酸化+A/A/O+二沉池+混凝沉淀+臭氧氧化+反硝化滤池+转鼓微过滤+消毒”组合工艺,废水进水CODCr≤450 mg/L、BOD5≤150 mg/L、SS为≤300 mg/L、NH_(4)^(+)-N≤35 mg/L、总氮≤60 mg/L、总磷≤7 mg/L、石油类≤14 mg/L,pH为6~9,出水达到达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段的一级标准及《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准的严者。CODCr、BOD5、SS、NH_(4)^(+)-N、总氮、总磷、石油类的去除率达到92%、94%、98%、90%、80%、94%、94%。 A mechanical equipment park is mainly based on basic material processing and parts manufacturing,supplemented by complete machine and complete equipment manufacturing.The wastewater pretreatment of enterprises in the park and domestic sewage within the park are discharged into the park wastewater treatment plant for treatment through municipal pipelines.There are many difficult biodegradable substances in sewage,poor biodegradability and high total nitrogen content.The main body adopts the combined process of“grid sand settling+air flotation+hydrolysis acidification+A/A/O+secondary sedimentation tank+coagulation sedimentation+ozone oxidation+denitrification filter+rotary drum microfiltration+disinfection”.The inflow concentration of CODCr≤450 mg/L,and BOD5≤150 mg/L,SS≤300 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N≤35 mg/L,TN≤35 mg/L,TP≤7 mg/L,petroleum≤14 mg/L and pH is 4~9.The effluent meets the first class standard of the second period of“discharge limits of water pollutants”(DB44/26-2001)and the first class a standard of“discharge standards of pollutants for urban sewage treatment plants”(GB18918-2002)in Guangdong Province.The removal rate of CODcr,BOD5,SS,NH_(4)^(+)-N TN,TP,petroleum is 92%,94%,98%,90%,80%,94%and 94%respectively.
