某化工企业中水回用项目,利用厂区原有公用车间闲置土地、厂房和一座闲置的机械搅拌澄清池、无阀滤池,新建一套按进水量为350 m^(3)/h,反渗透装置的中水处理装置,采用高效多介质氧化过滤+活性炭过滤+保安过滤器+膜处理技术等组合工艺,尽量降低工程投资和运行成本,提高环境经济效益,设计出水满足业主要求。

A reuse water project of a chemical enterprise uses the original empty space,factory buildings and an idle mechanical accelerator and valveless filter,to build a new set of reuse water treatment equipment with the capacity is 350 m^(3)/h.By a combined process of using high-efficiency multi-media oxidation filtration+activated carbon filtration+security ultrafilter+membrane treatment,minimize project investment and operating costs,improve environmental and economic benefits,and design the water to meet corporate requirements.
