摘要 本文根据徐州荆马河污水处理厂除磷药剂投加系统及碳源投加系统的改造实例,对城镇污水处理厂药剂投加系统进行多角度分析。本文从药剂选择、设施建造、药剂溶液配制、药液投加量的控制、操作人员工作强度及作业环境、系统可靠性、适用性、设备维修工作量及运行成本等方面,比较两种加药方式的优劣,为污水处理厂加药系统设计提供参考。 In this paper,based on the transformation of the dephosphorization and carbon source dosage system of Jingma River Sewage Treatment Plant in Xuzhou,the pesticide dosage system of urban sewage treatment plant was analyzed from multiple angles.It describes the advantages and disadvantages of the two dosing methods are compared from the aspects of agent selection,facility construction,preparation of pharmaceutical solution,control of dosage of liquid,working intensity and operating environment of operators,system reliability,system applicability,equipment maintenance workload and operation cost,so as to provide reference for the design of dosing system of sewage treatment plant.
