摘要
本文介绍了广州市番禺区南村净水厂二期工程的项目情况,阐述了工程的项目建设背景,项目需要实现的总体目标以及总体工艺设计情况,主要包括规模论证,水量的论证、水质的确定、工艺流程、近远期工艺衔接及主要设备配置等,论述了厂区的总平面布置,以及投产运营一年多以来的运行能耗情况,提出了项目设计过程中融合施工次序、用地指标大大节省、建设过程不停产等创新特点。
This paper introduces the general situation of the second phase project of Nancun water treatment plant in Panyu District of Guangzhou City,describes the background of the project construction,the overall goal of the project and the overall process design,mainly including the demonstration of scale,the demonstration of water quantity,the determination of water quality,the process flow,the short-term and long-term process connection and the main equipment configuration,etc,As well as the operation energy consumption of the project since it was put into operation for more than a year,the innovative features of the project design process,such as integration of construction sequence,great saving of land use index,and non-stop production in the construction process,are proposed.
