OCP装置裂解气压缩机设备布置及配管研究

Research on Equipment Layout and Piping Layout of Crack Gas Compressor in OCP unit

本文以OCP装置裂解气压缩机(设备位号C-7001)设计为例,根据压缩机体、蒸汽透平等设备布置原则,结合压缩机具体尺寸及形式,对裂解气压缩机厂房内设备布置、压缩机厂房设计及布置、压缩机管道布置进行研究设计;并重点对压缩机进出口管道、蒸汽管道等重点管道的应力及管架设计要点进行分析,为有关设计人员提供参考。

This paper primarily takes the Crack Gas Compressor in OCP unit(equipment location C-7001)as cases,the research on equipment layout of Crack Gas Compressor workshop、Compressor piping design is developed according to the layout principles of compression and steam turbine,combined with the specific size of the Compressor.This paper also analyzes the stress distribution and piping supports of important parts like inlets and outlet pipelines、steam pipelines etc.So as to provide references for other designers.
