医院制剂心脉舒一号口服液薄层色谱鉴别研究

The TLC Standards of Hospital Preparation Xinmaishu Yihao Oral Liquids

目的:对心脉舒一号口服液中五味子、丹参、白芍等进行鉴别。方法:采用薄层色谱法。结果:五味子、丹参、白芍的薄层色谱分离效果良好,色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:本方法阴性无干扰,专属性强,重复性好,为心脉舒一号口服液的质量控制标准提供了实验依据。

Objective:Identification of Chinese Magnoliavine Fructus,Dan-shen Root,Peony Root Alba in Xinmaishu Yihao oral liquids.Methods:Using TLC.Results:The three kinds of medicinal materials were separated by TLC,the spots were clear and the negative control had no interference.Conclusions:This method is negative interference free,highly specific and reproducible,It provided the experimental basis for the quality control standard of Xinmaishu Yihao oral liquids.
