摘要
本论文选取《水质氨氮的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法》(HJ 535-2009)方法中几种常用水样氨氮前处理方法.通过比较国内外不同品牌的滤膜、及传统常用的离心机离心去除悬浮物方法,来测定氨氮的结果.通过数据比较,确定比较合适的氨氮前处理方法。同时也将前处理水样加纳氏试剂后氨氮随时间变化的关系做了研究,希望能给同行带来数据参考,从而使测定结果准确度更好。
In this paper,several common pretreatment methods of ammonia nitrogen in water samples are selected in the method of“determination of ammonia nitrogen in water quality”by naster reagent spectrophotometry(HJ 535-2009).The results of ammonia nitrogen were determined by comparing different brands of filter membranes and traditional centrifugation methods.Through data comparison,the suitable pretreatment method of ammonia nitrogen was determined.At the same time,the relationship between ammonia nitrogen and time was also studied,Hope to bring data reference to the peer,so as to make the determination results more accurate.
