核电厂硼酸中的^(10)B丰度是核电厂化学检测的重要项目,本文探究了四级杆电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测量^(10)B丰度的分析方法,重点考察了方法的准确度、精密度、测量范围,实验结果表明,本文建立的^(10)B丰度测定方法简单、可靠。

The determination of boron-10 abundance of nuclear power plant is an important item in nuclear power plant chemical detection.In this article,the boron-10 abundance is determined by ICP-MS.The method accuracy,precision,measurement range was checked.The experimental results show that the method is simple and reliable.
