摘要
我国经济社会的发展导致了对具备创新创业(双创)能力的应用型和复合型人才的需求。化学是一门实践性、应用性和创新性都很强的专业,很适合于现代社会所需人才的培养。但在实际培养过程中,尤其是师范类院校化学专业学生双创能力的培养过程中还存在许多问题,如师生对双创能力培养的认识不到位,双创通识课程的设置较少,具有双创实践经验的教师较少,培养、考核模式不够成熟,实践教学平台不够多样化,来自家庭和社会的理解不够等。在剖析上述问题的基础上,本文针对性地提出了改进建议,期望能够为相关问题的解决提供一定借鉴。
The development of our country from a backward developing country to the second largest economy in the world,requiring the talents not only professional but also applied and compound.Chemistry with wide application,practicality,and innovation,is a subject suitable for the cultivation of talents required by modern society.However,there are still some problems in the training process,especially for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majors in chemistry in normal university.For example,the understandings of innovation and entrepreneurship from teachers and students are inadequate,the settings of general courses and teachers with practical experience for innovation and entrepreneurship are insufficient,the training and assessment model is still infant,the practice platform is not diversified,and the supports from family and society are not sufficient.Based on these analysis,herein,we puts forward some suggestions,hoping to give some guidance for the improvement of education of innovation and entrepreneurship for students majoring in chemistry in normal university.
