“双一流”背景下材料化学本科生导师制的改革探讨与研究

Exploration on the Reform of Undergraduate Tutorial System of Materials Chemistry under the Background of“Double Tops”

“双一流”高校建设时期,培养创新型人才成为各大高校最紧迫的任务,本科生导师制是国内外认可的提高本科生培养质量的模式,是各大高校教学研究的热点。本文介绍在“双一流”背景下南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院的材料化学本科生导师制取得成效,讨论本科生导师制的目前的现状及存在的问题、提出改善措施促进本科生教学质量,从而为其他高校提供参考与借鉴。

During the construction period of“Double Tops”,the cultivation of innovative talents has become the most urgent task for universities.The undergraduate tutorial system has been recognized mode to improve the quality of undergraduates,which is also a hot spot of teaching research in universities.Under the background of“Double Tops”,this paper introduces the achievements of the tutorial system of materials chemistry for undergraduate students in the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications,discusses the current situation and existing problems of the tutorial system,and puts forward measures to improve the teaching quality of undergraduates,so as to provide reference information for other universities.
