Analysis on the Demand of Pharmaceutical Talents in Local Characteristic Pharmaceutical Industry

目的:研究医药产业链对人才的需求状况,可为调整和完善药学专业培养方案提供依据,利于药学学生的培养和发展。方法:采用调查研究法和归纳法,调研连云港药品生产企业、医院及药品经营企业对药学人才的需求状况。结果与结论:药品研发环节需求具备医学、药学、统计学知识的复合型高层次人才,药品生产环节需求熟悉车间设备、制药工艺、车间管理、质量管理等方面的人才,药品流通环节需求具备医药背景,人际沟通能力强,且熟悉药事管理与法规的人才,药学服务环节需求具备医学背景,了解疾病诊断与治疗过程,临床用药知识储备密集型人才。

Objective:The study of the demand for talents in the pharmaceutical industry chain can provide the basis for adjusting and perfecting the training scheme of pharmaceutical specialty and facilitate the cultivation and development of pharmaceutical students.Methods:By means of investigation and induction,the demand for pharmaceutical talents in Lianyungang pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,hospitals and drug trading enterprises are investigated.Results and Conclusions:Drug research and development requires a combination of high-level talents with medical,pharmaceutical and statistical knowledge.Drug production requires personnel familiar with workshop equipment,pharmaceutical technology,workshop management,quality management,etc.Drug circulation needs medical background,strong interpersonal communication skills,and familiar with pharmaceutical management and regulations.Pharmaceutical service needs medical background,understanding of disease diagnosis and treatment process,clinical drug knowledge reserve intensive talents.
