摘要
目的:研究CBL与PBL整合式教学法在法医毒物分析实验教学中的应用效果。方法:在2017级、2018级和2019级法医学专业法医毒物分析实验教学的本科学生中,运用CBL+PBL的教学模式的整合式教学法,将每个年级的学生分为两组,比较教改组与普通组两组学生的学习效果差异。结果:CBL与PBL整合式教学法运用后,同一年级两组学生法医毒物分析实验课程的学习效果均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在法医毒物分析实验教学中,采用CBL与PBL整合教学法可以提高学生课程参与度,增加学习的主动性与解决问题能力,提高医学生专业能力方面明显优于传统教学方法,在法医学实验教学中值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the application effect of CBL and PBL integrated teaching method in forensic toxicological analysis experiment teaching.Methods:In 2017,2018 and 2019 undergraduate students majored in forensic toxicology analysis experiment teaching,the integrated teaching method of CBL+PBL teaching mode was used.The students of each grade were divided into two groups,and the learning effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the application of CBL and PBL integrated teaching method;there were significant differences in the learning effect of forensic toxicology analysis experiment course between the two groups in the same grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the experimental teaching of forensic toxicology analysis,CBL and PBL integrated teaching method can improve the students'participation in the course,increase their learning initiative and problem-solving ability,and improve the professional ability of medical students,which is obviously better than the traditional teaching method,and should be popularized and applied in the experimental teaching of forensic medicine.
