摘要
采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠比色法进行肾上腺酮的定量分析研究。紫外-可见吸收光谱显示,肾上腺酮与显色试剂显色后,溶液在498 nm出现强吸收峰。考察其强度与肾上腺酮浓度间的数学关系,得到498 nm处峰强与肾上腺酮浓度负对数之间的线性方程、线性范围和检测限,从而实现肾上腺酮的定量分析,为该类药物的质量控制等提供一定研究基础。
The study on quantitative analysis of adrenalone was carried out based on sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate-sodium hydroxide colorimetry.It was shown that a The UV-visible spectrum indicated that a strong absorption at 498 nm appears after chromogenic reaction of adrenone with chromogenic reagent.The mathematical relationship between the intensity and adrenalone concentration was investigated,the linear equation of peak intensity at 498 nm versus the negative logarithm concentration of adrenalone,linear range and limit of detection were obtained so as to realizing the quantitative analysis of adrenalone and further provide a certain research basis for the quality control of adrenalone drugs.
